NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 20, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The pu{pose of this hearing is to review a request for a land
use amendment to change the land use for four (4) parcels (495 Pioneer Trail, 1000 Great Plains
Boulevard, 720 Creekwood Drive, and 670 Creekwood Drive) from Low Density Residential to High
Density Residential. This hearing is a continuation of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan Review.
The request for land use amendment can be found on the city's web site at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/FlallalandUse . All interested persons are invited to attend this public
hearing and express their opinions.
