NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-20
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to consider
shoreland, wetland and front yard setback variances in order to build an accessory building
(garage) on the lot located at 3790 Lone Cedar Lane and zoned Single Family Residential (RSF).

A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-20 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
