NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-19
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider an amendment for a
Planned Unit Development (PUD) permitting licensed caterers/suppliers to be able to serve alcohol
as part of special events on property located at 7801 Audubon Road and zoned Planned Unit
Development District. Applicant: Tim Fitch, Paisley Park Operations Director / Owner: Angela
W. Aycock, Comerica Bank & Trust.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-19 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
