Thanks for the email address. Here’s another copy of the proposed location for the outbuilding.
The CP2 stake from the May 2018 work was knocked out by the people mowing, and therefore I’ve been keying off the fire hydrant only.
I think we need want to show the building at the 30’ setback line from the front, and then 10 feet east from the projected fire hydrant line (more than the minimum 10’ setback to give
access around the porch vs. landscaping corner). We’ll want to factor in the 12” overhang around the building on top of the 30’ x 40’ size plus the 20’ long porch as shown.
Please email back the updated copy / plan and I’ll approach the city. When approved, we could use restaking officially to allow site prep in November hopefully. A driveway can be shown
connecting the new 16’ wide door to the existing.
