that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public,
hearing on T uesday, July 18, 2017 at
7:OOp.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of this
hearing is to consider a request
for a rezoning from Agricultural
Estate (A2) to Residential Low
and Medium Density District
(RLM); Conditional Use Permit
for development within the
Bluff Creek Corridor, and a
Preliminary Plat for 10 single
family lots creating 9 new homes
and one existing home to remain
with 6 outlets, with a variance,
for property located at 7240
Galpin Boulevard. Applicant:
IIP Holdings, LLC. Owner: Anne
Marcotte.
