Re: Registered Land Survey No. 130 - Planning Case No. 2017-11
Dear Mr. Brenny:
This letter is to confirm that on December 10, 2018, the Chanhassen City Council voted to
approve Registered Land Survey (RLS) No. 130 for Chanhassen Frontier, LLC.
Two mylar copies of the RLS shall be submiffed to our office for signatures. One 1":200' scale
mylar reduction of the RLS, three l"=200' scale paper reductions of the RLS and one 1"=200'
scale paper reduction of the RLS with just street names and parcel numbers shall be submitted.
In addition, a digital copy in .dxf format and a digital copy in .tif format (pdf compatible) in
Carver County coordinates of the RLS shall be submiued.
All current year taxes must be paid in full and any delinquent property taxes or green acres tax.
Once the mylars are submitted, the city will sign the mylars and submit them for recording at
Carver County.
