KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Roy A. Leach, a single man, fee owner of the
following described property situated in the County of Carver, State of Minnesota, to wit
Outlot A, RED CEDAR COVE, according to the recorded plat thereof.
And that Richard H. Comer and Dorothy M. Comer, husband and wife, fee owners,
of the following described property situated in the County of Carver. State of
Minnesota, to wit:

5th Principal Meridian described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 1; thence on an
assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 20 minutes 56 seconds East, along the North
line of said Government Lot 1, a distance of 670.00 feet; thence South 5 degrees
34 minutes 56 seconds West a distance of 516.30 feet; thence South 12 degrees 55

minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 351.61 feet; thence North 5 degrees 06

minutes 04 seconds East a distance of 300.00 feet, to the point of beginning of

shoreline of Lake Minnewashta; thence westerly, along said shoreline, about 100
feet, to the intersection with a line bearing North 5 degrees 06 minutes 03

seconds West about 342 feet, to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as LEACH ADDITION and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the road as shown on the plat.
