Re: Notice to Proceed of Grading Operations—Holasek Business Park
Dear: Mr. Undestad
You are hereby notified that grading operations may commence pursuant to the development
contract between the City of Chanhassen and Eden Trace Corporation for the Holasek Business
Park dated December 10th, 2018.
This notice to proceed is effective immediately upon receipt.
As a reminder, the time of performance for all improvements is November 15th, 2019, as
indicated in the development contract under the Special Provisions (item 5). If by that time
improvements have not been completed, please request in writing an extension of time for the
development contract.
