This lefter is to inform you that, after having reviewed the submittal materials, we find the application to be incomplete. Therefore, we cannot schedule you for a public hearing until all of the information is provided. The following items need to be addressed with any subsequent submittal: 1. Provide a site plan and a table showing total parking within the entire Life Time campus. Also, provide a plan showing how the additional parking, including handicapped parking, will be distributed throughout the campus. New handicapped parking shall be differentiated from existing handicap parking to help locate it. Provide lot coverage calculations for the property. Landscaping requirements are a function ofthe vehicular use area. 4. Provide a landscape plan. 5. Provide a lighting and photometric plan. 6.
