Dear Mr. Schmidt
City staffhas reviewed your submittal for site plan review on the above-referenced project. This
lefter is to inform you that, after having reviewed the submittal materials, we find the application
to be incomplete. Therefore, we cannot schedule you for a public hearing until all of the
information is provided.
The following items need to be addressed with any subsequent submittal:
1. Provide a site plan and a table showing total parking within the entire Life Time campus.
Also, provide a plan showing how the additional parking, including handicapped parking,
will be distributed throughout the campus. New handicapped parking shall be
differentiated from existing handicap parking to help locate it. Contact Eric Tessman,
Building Official, at (952) 227 -1199 or etessman@ci.chanhassen.mn.us if you have any
questions.
2. Show No Parking areas and signage on the parking lot plan.
3. Provide lot coverage calculations for the property. Landscaping requirements are a
function ofthe vehicular use area.
4. Provide a landscape plan.
5. Provide a lighting and photometric plan.
6. Provide an ALTA survey for the existing conditions; ensure MnDOT right of way is
shown.

7. Traftic memo with analysis ofthe pre-existing/new conditions and any adverse impacts
to the intersection of Century Boulevard and Water Tower Place.
9. Provide a cross-section of the parking lot pavement design
10. Provide stormwater management and erosion control plans and details per Sec.
t9-140-19-146.

8. On the removal plan, abandon the 6" PVC stub and show any other utilities that are
stubbed to the property for potential abandonment.
