We are in receipt of your letter dated June 28, 2019 and have the following response: Provide a site plan and a table showing total parking within the entire Life Time campus. Also, provide a plan showing how the additional parking, including handicapped parking, will be distributed throughout the campus. New handicapped parking shall be differentiated from existing handicap parking to help locate it. Plan Sheet C12.00 in the attached plan sheet provides an overview of the parking at the entire complex off of Corporate Place. Proposed handicap stall locations have been identified and a table of total parking provided. 2. Show No Parking areas and signage on the parking lot plan. Plan Sheet C5.00 indicates no parking areas and signage for the proposed parking lot at 2970 Water Tower Place. 3. Provide lot coverage calculations for the property. Landscaping requirements are a function of the vehicular use area. Plan Sheet C5.00 provides lot coverage calculations. 4. Provide a landscape plan. Plan Sheets C8.00 and C9.00 indicate the proposed landscaping. 5. Provide a lighting and photometric pian. Provide an ALTA survey for the existing conditions; ensure MnDOT right of way is shown. An Alta survey is provided as an attachment. 7. Traffic memo with analysis of the pre-existing/new conditions and any adverse impacts to the intersection of Century Boulevard and Water Tower Place. A traffic memo is being prepared and will be supplied as soon as completed. 8. On the removal plan, abandon the 6" PVC stub and show any other utilities that are stubbed to the property for potential abandonment. Plan Sheet C3.00 notes that the 6" PVC stub should be plugged at the manhole. No other utility stubs into the property are known. 9. Provide a cross-section of the parking lot pavement design Plan Sheet C10.00 provides pavement section details. 10. Provide stormwater management and erosion control plans and details per Sec. 19-140-19-146. Plan Sheets C6.00 and C7.00 contain erosion control plans. Details are noted on Sheet C10.00. 11. Provide a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan per NPDES permit requirements. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is provided on Sheet C13.00.
