Tree Narrative Tree Coverage
In the area where the septic system is planned to be installed, there are no living trees over six
inches in diameter. There are also no large trees close to the planned installation area. We do not
anticipate having to remove any large trees. While this is not required and not part of the permit or
variance,the plan is to also remove most of the invasive Buckthorn present in the are of the septic
system and along the easement line. We will add new trees where possible.
