RE: Cancellation of Letter of Credit #DCl12677U524515
Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter shall serve as a request to cancel Letter of Credit #DC I 12677U52451 5 which was
originally issued on December 15, 2015 in the amount of Sixty Five Thousand Dollars
($65,000), in connection with loan 88053690002 for your borrower SCP PE Chan, LLC. The
reason for this cancelation request is that SCP PC Chan, LLC has adequately replaced this
Letter of Credit with a separate Letter of Credit from another financial institution. We
regretfully cannot locate the original copy of Letter of Credit #DC1I2677U524515, but I am
hopeful this letter shall serve as an alternate way to cancel the Letter of Credit.
