Avienda Chanhassen - Supplemental Information (Sequencing Flexibility documentation)One behalf of the Avienda team, attached is:
1. A cover letter formally requesting that sequencing flexibility for the proposed project be considered, as well as a request for a 60-day extension of the decision date,
2. A memo from Kjolhaug Environmental documenting that conditions of sequencing flexibility have been met, and
3. A copy of the June 5th, 2017 supplemental information submittal to the USACE and City for formal inclusion in the application record.
The referenced stormwater management plan dated November 20th will be sent to you by the engineer.
