Subject: Chanhassen - Avienda supplemental information
Hello Chanhassen TEP Members and others:
As a follow up to our July TEP meeting and information requests, the Avienda applicant has supplied additional information. There is also some previous information that we wanted to
be sure that was supplied (many of you already received it). This information is attached. The City will take comments on the WCA application through end of day December 12, 2017.
The decision timeline was to end December 10, 2017. As requested by the applicant, the decision timeline will be extended again for another 60 days. The decision will likely come before
the end of the 60 days. The city is currently anticipating a decision to be made by the City Council on December 18 regarding the WCA application.
