FW Fox Dorsey properties (52)Hi Rick, Lyndon just sent me the cost estimate for the right in/right out turn lane and the turn lanes at your driveway entrance at Sunset Trail for your future development needs. As you are aware the City assesses for improvements that directly benefit future development areas. I have attached a draft assessment agreement for these improvements.
