RE Lyman wetland -west of Rick Dorsey's propertyPaul,
The project includes a proposed ditch along the south side of Lyman that will convey drainage from 207+00 west to Bluff Creek. The original plan was/is to claim this ditch as “self-mitigating”
since the proposed ditch will continue to have seasonal wetness and eventually acquire wetland characteristics.
Just to clarify though, this stretch of ditch was previously delineated as a wetland by SRF; however, the delineation has been since removed from our latest wetland delineation report
as the County is conducting a 3rd party wetland delineation of this area plus the other two areas east on Rick Dorsey’s property. We have no official update on the 3rd party findings
at these 3 areas.

Nathen,
Looks like we will be impacting the wetland (ditch) south side of Lyman (EB station 200+00 to 207+00). What is the mitigation plan for this area? Is it going back as wetland just moved
farther to the south?
