Re: Venue - Letter of Credit Reduction
Dear Mr. Meelberg:
The $200,000.00 letter of credit can be reduced by $196,000 to leave a balance of$4,000 to
cover the one-year growing season and 10% landscape security. Once a new letter of credit in
the amount of$4,000 is received, I will return the existing letter of credit.
