Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein,the City of Chanhassen hereby grants the following variance: The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves a 6-foot rear setback variance. 2. Property. The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen,Carver County, Minnesota,and legally described as Lots 2543 through 2553,inclusive, Carver Beach. 3. Conditions.The variance approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant must apply for and receive a building permit. 2. Provide an updated survey with permit submittals that illustrates all existing utilities on site and is in accordance with City Code of Ordinances Sec. 7-19. 3. A 10-foot wide utility easement shall be recorded in perpetuity with the property for the maintenance and repair of the storm sewer pipe and manhole located on the subject property. This easement shall extend to the southern property line in order to access the storm sewer pipe. 4. Lapse.
