SUBJ: Park and Trail Conditions for Corner Addition, One New Single-Family Lot
Subdivision
The single park and trail condition of approval for the Corner Addition Subdivision is payment
of park dedication fees at the rate in force at the time of final plat approval. This condition is for
the one new lot, and at today's rate, a payment of$5,800 in park dedication fees is required.
These fees will be deposited in the city's park and trail dedication fund for utilization on future
park and trail improvements.
A recent example of a park and trail project that will benefit Corner Addition is the construction
of four pickleball courts and a tennis court at Roundhouse Park. These improvements were
completed through an investment of$336,000 in park dedication funds. Additionally the Corner
Addition is afforded convenient access to the Minnewashta Parkway pedestrian trail.
