Dear Mr. Halla:
I am returning your check for the development review for Chanhassen Retail Center. The
addition of a drive-thru window at the former Perkins site will require a traffic study. The
study will need to review the traffic impact on the Target Entrance road and adjacent businesses
(Noodles, Jersey Mikes, Leeann Chin, Taco Bell and Target), as well as, the intersection of
Target Entrance road and W. 78th Street, and the easterly Target entrance and W. 78th Street.
Once you have a complete application, including the traffic study and complete proposed
Planned Unit Development language revisions, you may resubmit the fee with the proposed
amendment request.
