NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2020-02
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
to rezone property located north of W. 78th Street and west of Lake Ann Park from Rural
Residential District (RR) to High Density Residential District (R-16); wetland alteration permit,
lot consolidation and site plan review with variances for the construction of a 48-unit continuing
care retirement facility. Zoned Rural Residential District (RR). Applicant: Patrick Sarver.
Property Owner: Elizabeth Wright.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2020-02 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
