To whom it may concem,
Chapel Hill Academy is requesting a variance to the size of the monument sign to accommodate a larger
ECM panel. The current ECM needs to be replaced due to non-supported electronics in the cunent sign and
causes a security threat due to out dated software that could be hacked.
This request is to better serve our school with a number ofthe events we host at the school like the SonRun,
sporting gnmes, toumaments, athletic camps. In addition local partner organizations that utilize our school and
gymnasium facilities. One example is Trinity Hill Church who utilizes our school on Sundays to host their
church services and classes. Currently theyjust have a banner that gets put on display each Sunday by the main
entrance.
We appreciate the opportunity,
Sincerely
Rick Navarez
