Sharmeen,
Please take this email as notice that we would like to postpone the city council review of our Moments of Chanhassen
project to the March 23rd City Council Meeting. We feel that the additional time will allow for your staff to have
adequate time to review our recent revisions to our plans.
Also we would like to extend our related application review time an additional 60 days in order to accommodate this
additional period of time.
We also would like to request a response for your staff in regards to the assignment of the proper address of the
property.
As always, it has been a pleasure to work with you and your staff. Please do not hesitate to get back to use with any
additional questions or comments that you may have.
