AFFIDAVIT OF MAILING NOTICE
I, Kim T. Meuwissen, being first duly swom, on oath deposes that she is and was on
March 5,2020, the duly qualified and acting Deputy Clerk ofthe City of Chanhassen,
Minnesota; that on said date she caused to be mailed a copy ofthe attached notice of Public
hearing to consider a request from Paisley Park (7801 Audubon Road) to amend the PUD
allowing them to hold an unlimited number of indoor events with 200 or less attendees, 12
events with 200 or more attendees, and one outdoor event per calendar year, subject to the
requirements ofthe city's Special Event Ordinance. The applicant is also requesting that
the city remove the requirement that liquor sales be associated with an event permit. Zoned
Planned Unit Developnent District, Planning Case File No. 2020-04 to the persons named on
attached Exhibit "A", by enclosing a copy ofsaid notice in an envelope addressed to such owner,
and depositing the envelopes addressed to all such owners in the United States mail with postage
fully prepaid thereon; that the names and addresses ofsuch owners were those appearing as such
by the records ofthe County Treasurer, Carver County, Minnesota, and by other appropriate
