Dear Mr. Seiffert:
This letter is to notify you that in the interest of limiting the spread of COVID-19, the city has
cancelled all meeting of the Planning Commission and City Council. This means that the city
will be unable to process your application within the 60-day review deadline that will expire on
April 14, 2020, and the city will need to exercise its authority to extend the deadline for an
additional 60 days. The new review deadline is June 15, 2020.
It is the city's hope that normal operations will resume shortly and that your agenda item will
appear on an April commission agenda; however, due to the unprecedented nature of the current
public health emergency, staff cannot provide you with a firm date at this time. We will contact
you with the date your item will appear as soon as we are able to determine when meetings will
resume.
