NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2020-04
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 5 , 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request from Paisley
Park (7801 Audubon Road) to amend the PUD allowing them to hold an unlimited number of
indoor events with 200 or less attendees, 12 events with 200 or more attendees, and one outdoor
event per calendar year, subject to the requirements of the city’s Special Event Ordinance. The
applicant is also requesting that the city remove the requirement that liquor sales be associated
with an event permit. Zoned Planned Unit Development District. Applicant: Alan Seiffert, Paisley
Park Executive Director / Owner: Andrea Bruce, Paisley Park Facility, LLC.

site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2020-04 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
