Cost estimate for site erosion control.
The name and title of the person authorized to enter into the site plan agreement for Chanhassen
Butcher, LLC.
The name and title of the person authorized to enter into consent to the site plan agreement for
Chanhassen West 79th Street, LLC
IF there are any mortgages on the property, the mortgage holder will need to sign a consent to the site
plan agreement.
