Proposed Site Work –
Attached is the proposed final plat application for the above-mentioned project. The
developer is proposing general grading activities including, clearing, and grubbing,
general earthwork, utility installation, road installation and home building. Two ponds
onsite will be added with filtration to serve the needs of this 31-lot addition. There will
also be some existing utility removal and incorporation of off-site drainage into the
existing system.
Stormwater –
One wetland exists on the property, no impacts are proposed to that wetland. The site
drains from the northwest to the southeast. The runoff will be picked up by a storm
sewer system and routed to the new stormwater ponds in The Bluffs at Lucy Lake. An
updated stormwater report will be submitted to the City and the Watershed for their
review and approval.
