It is not possible to comply with zoning ordinances for lot coverage and setbacks. 3.This is for practical use, not for economic considerations alone. 4.The lot is nonconforming to current City Standards making it unique. 5.The neighboring residential properties all have Garages.The Garage will conform to the character of the house with 4" exposure siding and 4"corners.
