Variance Request
The Owner is Requesting a Variance for the following reasons:
1.The City has a practical requirement for a minimum of a Two-Car Garage.This property does not have a garage
and it would be practical to have a garage.
2. It is not possible to comply with zoning ordinances for lot coverage and setbacks.
3.This is for practical use, not for economic considerations alone.
4.The lot is nonconforming to current City Standards making it unique.
5.The neighboring residential properties all have Garages.The Garage will conform to the character of the house
with 4" exposure siding and 4"corners.
On behalf of the Property Owner and the General Contractor please accept this Variance Application.
