NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2020-18
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for variances to enclose an existing deck and extend a cantilever within the shoreland setback on
property located at 9391 Kiowa Trail. Zoned Single-Family Residential (RSF). Applicant: Adam
Bender, Ispiri, LLC. Property Owner: Stacy and Edward Goff.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2020-18 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
