NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2020-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for an amendment to the Chanhassen Gateway PUD to allow Automotive Repair Shops,
modification to PUD-specific design features, and an amendment to the Crossroads of Chanhassen
Site Plan with variances for the construction of a 5,100 sf automotive repair shop on property
zoned PUD located SE of Crossroads Blvd., 8941 Crossroads Blvd. Zoned Planned Unit
Development (PUD). Applicant: Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. / Property Owner: Kraus-
Anderson & Associates.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2020-21 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
