NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2019-13
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for subdivision (preliminary plat) approval to create three lots with a variance for the use of a
private street located at 7406 Frontier Trail. Zoned Single-Family Residential District (RSF).
Applicant: Luis Berrospid.
Plans showing the location of the proposal are available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2019-13 (Resubmittal 9-18-20) or at City Hall during
regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and
express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
