When we'd last spoke you'd indicated that you were interested in withdrawing your variance application
and I had indicated that in order to remove the item from the agenda we would need a written
statement from you (email is fine).
You had also inquired about the possibility of the application fee being refunded. I asked my boss, and
was informed that since all the public notices had been mailed and reports written, the only portion of
the application fee that can be returned is$50 document recording escrow.
As things stand your agenda item is still slated to appear on tonight's agenda. If you would like to
withdraw it, please let me know as soon as possible.
