to the recorded plat thereof, Carver County, Minnesota, lying east of a line described as commencing at the
northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence on an assumed bearing of North 87 degree 48 minutes 41 seconds West,
a distance of 235.00 feet along the north line of said Lot 1 to the actual point of beginning; thence South 11
degrees 47 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 115.64 feet to the south line of said Lot 1 and there
terminating.
And
An easement over, under and across that part of Lot 2, Block 1, THE BLUFFS AT LAKE LUCY, according
to the recorded plat thereof, Carver County, Minnesota, lying west of a line described as commencing at the
northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 87 degree 48 minutes 41 seconds West,
a distance of 106.52 feet along the north line of said Lot 2 to the actual point of beginning; thence South 11
degrees 47 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 148.43 feet to the south line of said Lot 2 and there
terminating.
