Hi Sharmeen,
On behalf of Christian Brothers Automotive, I am requesting that Planning Case 2020-21, Christian Brothers Automotive,
be postponed for the Plannin8 Commission meeting on 10/6. We are hereby granting the City of Chanhassen the
additional 60 days required to complete this process.
We would like to work with City Staff on establishing a timeline for revising the plans of the proposed development.
Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss further. We will reach out with any questions
regarding the staff report issued on October 1.
