On behalf of Christian Brothers Automotive, I am requesting that Planning Case 2020-21, Christian
Brothers Automotive, we are waiving the 120 day timeline to process this application. It is our intent
to submit all required materials by October 30th, 2020, with the understanding we will appear
before Planning Commission on December 1, 2020, and City Council on January 11, 2021.
