Hello, my name is Nancy Smith, I live very near the proposed area for the automotive shop. I am unable to attend the
meeting due to Covid concerns, and out of respect for the commissions safety I am sending my objections via an email.
This is a very heavy populated residential area, we have the noise of 212, and the bright light and noise of the KWIK
TRIP, and all the truck and car traffic that it generates. Many of us in the area strongly object to the noise and
unsightliness of an auto shop in our neighborhood. We have many auto shops already in Chanhassen to serve us. This is
better suited for an industrial area or perhaps on the new development plans for Powers Boulevard. Not in a very
saturated residential area. Please do not amend the PUD. Thank you for your time and consideration on this topic.
