NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2020-22
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for the rezoning of property from Rural Residential (RR) to Single-Family Residential (RSF) and
subdivision of 2.8 acres into four single-family lots and one outlot with variances located
southeast of the cul-de-sac for Wood Duck Lane and west of Yosemite Avenue (6480 Yosemite
Avenue). Property Owner: Kenneth Ashfeld & Barbara Bersie-Ashfeld.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2020-22 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
