NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-04
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for a PUD Amendment, Site Plan Review and Variance for a 110-unit apartment building (Lake
Place) for senior living located at 1361 Lake Drive W. Zoned Planned Unit Development-
Residential (PUD-R). Applicant: Todd Simning, TPS Holding, LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-04 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
