You can reduce you letter of credit to$32,192.00.
If you submit to the city an as-built survey of the stormwater infiltration and detention facility, the security can be
reduced further to $4,692 for the 10% landscaping security.

Hi Bob,
All of the landscaping is in, but a little over a handful of trees took a hit during the hot weather and have brown leaves
now. They need to replace the trees— ideally waiting a month or so to do so the weather is more mild —and then do a
re-inspection for the 90% release.
