Recommendation
The City Council approves a Site Plan for a 54,600 square-foot office, warehouse, and manufacturing building, and a variance for constructing retaining walls in the Bluff Creek primary
zone setback subject to the conditions of approval in the Planning Commission staff reports; and adopts the Findings of Fact.
