Cory,
We are withdrawing your item from the City Council agenda for the meeting this evening (August 13, 2018). The city is
unable to complete the review of the proposed site plan within the 60 day review period so that we can have additional
discussion regarding the retaining walls.
Control Concepts was submitted on June 15, 2018 and the city has 60 days to review the project, which would be August
14, 2018. Since we cannot complete the review by that date, the City of Chanhassen is notifying you that we are taking
the additional 60 days to review the proposed project as permitted by state statute. The review deadline is now
October 13, 2018.
However, our intention is to try and complete our discussion this week, if possible, so that we can reschedule you to the
August 27, 2018 City Council agenda. I will send you a meeting request for this week so that we can discuss this item.
