The final plat for The Bluffs at Lake Lucy (The Park 4th Addition) was submitted on Thursday,
July 30, 2020 and is scheduled for City Council review and approval on September 14.2020.
Please review the conditions in the preliminary plat letter of approval against the plans and
confirm one ofthe following for each:

o Addition ofnew conditions based on review of final plat documents
Also, please provide an updated analysis ofthe plan.
