Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein,the City of Chanhassen hereby grants the following variance: The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves the variance request for the use of a single-family dwelling as a two-family dwelling. 2. Property. The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen,Carver County, Minnesota, and legally described as Lot 12,Block 5, Settlers West. 3.
