NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-02
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for an
amendment to the Interim Use Permit to remove the condition requiring the installation of
driving range nets on property located at 825 Flying Cloud Drive. Zoned Agricultural Estate
(A2). Applicant: Brian & Keri Colvin.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the city’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-02 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this
proposal.
