NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-10
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to
consider a request for a 2-foot height variance for an accessory structure on property located at
6300 Hummingbird Road. Zoned Single-Family Residential (RSF). Applicant: Armenak
Petrosian.

www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-10 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
