NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-11
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to consider
a request for a variance to permit a six-foot privacy fence in the front yard on property located at
931 Lake Susan Hills Drive. Zoned Planned Unit Development-Residential (PUD-R).
Applicant: Alec & Amy McKinley.

www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-11 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
