NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to consider
a request to rezone property from Agricultural Estate District (A2) to Single-Family Residential
(RSF) and subdivision of property into 21 single-family lots with variances on property located
at 775 96th Street W. Zoned: Agricultural Estate District (A2). Applicant/Property Owner:
Black Cherry Development, LLC.
Project documents for this request are available for public review on the city’s website at
www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-12 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
