NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-07
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for variances
to construct a deck, retaining wall, and air conditioning pad within the bluff setback and bluff
impact zone at 6609 Horseshoe Curve. This request is an expansion of variances issued earlier
this year in Planning Case 2021-07. Zoned Single-Family Residential (RSF). Applicant: Elise
Bruner / Property Owner: Brian Bruner.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
web site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-07 or at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with
respect to this proposal.
