NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2021-14
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a
request for approval of a metes and bounds subdivision of 4.39 acres into two lots at 8971
Crossroads Boulevard. Zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD). Applicant: Krause-Anderson,
Inc.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s
website at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2021-14. All interested persons are invited to express
their opinions with respect to this proposal.
